"Breaking news! Or at least it is for "Today" anchor Jenna Wolfe and her partner, NBC News foreign correspondent, Stephanie Gosk, who welcomed a pink little bundle of joy into their family on Wednesday.
The baby girl, Harper Estelle Wolfeld Gosk, arrived at 7:31 p.m. weighing 7 pounds, 13 ounces. This is the first child for both mommies.
"We couldn't be happier. Thanks for all the great messages," Gosk, 40, tweeted.
"Fell madly in love w Harper Estelle tonight," Wolfe, 39, added on the social network. "Thx for the kind words and well wishes. Other than that I'm speechless."
The couple, who is not married, announced that they were expecting on March 27 — the same day that they came out as a couple.
"My girlfriend, Stephanie Gosk, who works here at NBC, and I are expecting a baby girl at the end of August," Wolfe told Matt Lauer on the "Today" show in March. "Stephanie's extremely adventurous, she's been all over the world. And you know me -- there's not a building I haven't jumped off of … so, for us, this is nothing like that. This is the adventure of a lifetime.""
